Each Congo Girl Cuisine stew is crafted with love and served in generous portions — just the way we enjoy it at home. Our stews are sold as stews only so you can pair them your way. If you’d like, you can easily add rice to your order for a small additional fee.

We hand-dish every stew with premium proteins for full, flavorful bites — no need to request specifics! To preserve taste and authenticity, Congo Girl Cuisine does not customize individual protein selections.

We proudly cook without pork or goat products. Please note that all stews are prepared with fish and/or shellfish seasonings, so we kindly ask those with related allergies to refrain from consuming.
